Using it for a couple of days now and I’m loving it! My skin feels so much better 💕

skin always goes mad when I'm deep in a training block, honestly never thought about adding a serum into the routine

dehydration hits your skin hard when you're training a lot, I noticed mine looked rough until I started actually tracking water intake

yeah tracking water properly made such a difference for me too, skin looked so dull before

what are you actually eating day to day, diet shifts my skin more than anything I've ever put on it

only a couple of days though, give it a few weeks before you know if it's actually doing anything
