peanut butter banana oats — 5 mins, no excuses
Right so I've been in my porridge era lately but the kind that doesn't take forever. Mash half a banana into your oats while they're cooking, stir in a big spoon of peanut butter at the end, done. I add a tiny pinch of cinnamon too but honestly that's optional.
Ingredients:
- Porridge oats (40g or whatever)
- Half a banana, mashed
- 1 heaped tbsp peanut butter
- Oat milk or whatever you've got
- Pinch of cinnamon if you're feeling fancy
It's proper filling, which I need cos I'm usually running out the door by half 8. The banana makes it sweet enough that I don't need to add anything else tbh.
