my deload week is wrecking me mentally
Physically fine. Legs don't hurt. Back's not creaking. I should be grateful.
But I've been grumpy since Monday and I think it's just… the absence of heavy lifting doing something weird to my head. Three sessions this week, all light, all controlled. Necessary. I know it's necessary.
Doesn't make it less grim tbh.
